When calling the main surgery telephone number 01245 473251 you will be given a number of options:

Please note that the main surgery number is not available between the hours of 1pm 2pm:

Press 1 to cancel an appointment

Press 2 to make an appointment or speak to a receptionist - Due to the high number of incoming calls between 8am and 9am please only use Option 2 for appointments during this time

Press 3 for prescription enquiries and dispensary - Dispensary only available from 8:30 to 13:00 and 15:00 to 18:30

Press 4 for test results after 15:00

Press 5 for medical secretaries 

All calls both incoming and outgoing are recorded for training and monitoring purposes.

Parking

The practice does not accept responsibility for any damage to vehicles parked at the surgery. Owners park entirely at their own risk.

 Please note our car park gets very busy during peak times.

There is allocated parking for disabled badge users or our community transport providers, to assist those with disability or mobility to access the surgery.

Doctors parking bays must be kept clear at all times to enable clinicians to arrive and leave the surgery, which can sometimes be due to urgent clinical need in our community.

We are based in a residential area, if you park outside the surgery car park please be considerate of our neighbours.

Please do not block residents' driveways or double park on residential roads as this can restrict access for emergency vehicles.  

Disabled Access

There is allocated parking space for disabled patients.

Patient services are provided at ground level and a lift is available to access the first floor.

A disabled patients' WC is provided.

If access proves difficult to any of our disabled patients we would be happy to give any assistance required.
